** I am not aware of any missing parts, pieces, accents, or accessories that may have also been original to the piece prior to me obtaining it other than any I've described in the description or condition notes. 

** Measurements in description are approximate and described as closely as possible. For clothing, we suggest comparing the measurements with a garment you already own to ensure proper fit. If you need exact or different measurements, please message us. PLEASE SEE PHOTOS.

** I do my very best to inspect each piece, note any imperfections I may see and support my findings with photos. But please remember these pieces are vintage or antique and lived quite a life before you purchase them. Each piece is sold  'AS IS'

** Fragile items will be packed with extra care -- using extra packing materials as needed which will be included in the sale price.

** This is a PREOWNED, ANTIQUE/VINTAGE, and/or PRESUMABLY USED item.  Please do not EXPECT it to be in perfect condition, especially antique/vintage items which may have slight imperfections due to age, handling, and storage over the years. We cannot possibly capture or describe every little detail and may unintentionally miss or exclude a minor condition detail. That is, there may or may not be some minor flaws, subtle signs of wear & tear from prior use, or small manufacturer defects that we did not notice during our inspections. We will inspect the item one more time prior to shipping and give you an updated condition report if needed.

SHIP TO MAILING ADDRESS: If the Ship To address on the order is to another person at a different mailing other than you, the Buyer, please message us to let us know this is correct and was your intention and verify the person and Ship To address that you want the order to be shipped to so we can be sure it matches.

HANDLING TIME: We have a 3 Business Day handling time to give us a cushion in case of delays in getting to the Post Office; However, we always try to ship your package out sooner especially if Priority Mail shipping is selected. Unfortunately, we cannot offer Same Business Day Handling Service at this time. 

OUR MERCHANDISE: We take pride in the merchandise we offer for sale and HAND SELECT each item we sell for its best use, highest quality, beauty, uniqueness, rarity, desirability, value, and overall condition. Most all the items we sell are in excellent condition. Cleaned, washed, and/or freshened, with no noticeable flaws or major issues. However, we sometimes do sell items that have minor flaws but only if the flaw does not detract from its beauty or functionality or is deemed safe to use. These items will be sold "AS IS" and identified as such in the Title. We will disclose any known flaws in the condition description and provide photos. We never intentionally sell clothing items that are well worn, over washed, faded, torn, stained, or flawed in some other way. We wash much of our clothing prior to listing. Items are stored in a smoke free, air-conditioned environment. Please see "Condition".

CONDITION:  Some items we sell, although preowned, are in like-new condition. However, most items we sell are pre-owned, gently used or vintage (20 years or older) and may have slight imperfections, flaws, or light wear and tear due to age or prior use. We will describe the item's condition "as we see it" at the time we listed it to the best of our ability and knowledge and will provide photos; however, we may not capture everything exactly. It is impossible for us to inspect every inch or intricate detail of an Item.  We will disclose any noticeable flaws or significant issues in the listing's Condition Notes, but other minor issues may be present that we may have missed. These items will be identified with AS IS in the Title.  We do wash, iron, clean, dust, sterilize, freshen, polish, etc. most of the items we sell, when it is safe to do so, prior to listing and shipping. Some vintage items we leave alone and sell "as they are". Please see "Quality Control".

QUALITY CONTROL:  We inspect all items we sell 3 times ? 1) when we purchase it; 2) prior to listing it for sale; and 3) prior to shipping it out.  We will notify you of any change in the item?s condition prior to shipping the item to you and give you the opportunity to decide if you still want the item or if you want to cancel the order. 

AGE:  Age will be listed if known. If not, then if the listing says "vintage", we presume it to be 20 years old or older. If it does not say "vintage", then we presume it to be less than 20 years old.

JEWELRY: Most of our jewelry for sale is preowned costume/fashion jewelry; contemporary or vintage. We hand select each piece for its beauty, condition, and best quality for what it is. Some pieces are marked; most are not. We test, research, and clean the jewelry (if needed). We are not jewelry experts but are learning! We know some things about some jewelry but not all things about all jewelry. We will describe the jewelry pieces to the best of our ability and knowledge at the time of listing and provide photos. If you know more about a piece we have listed or find our description to be vague or inaccurate, please let us know! It is not our intention to misrepresent anything that we sell.

SHRINKAGE ALLOWANCE FOR PREOWNED CLOTHING:  Pre-owned clothing that is machine washable or made of a fabric like 100% Cotton more likely than not has been washed and dried one or more times prior to our obtaining them.  And we most often wash, dry, and/or freshen the garments one more time according to their care instructions to prepare them for resale. Please be aware that some shrinkage may have occurred over time during these cleaning processes. Please refer to the measurements and view all photos before purchasing. Ask questions if needed. 

MULTIPLE QUANTITY LISTINGS:  If you purchase more than one item in stock from a multiple quantity listing, your order will automatically be eligible for the Combined Shipping discount.  Please note that you will initially be charged the total shipping cost based on the combined weights and shipping costs of each item purchased, but after we pack the items and determine the actual shipping cost, we will refund you the difference. See "Combined Shipping" for details.

COMBINED SHIPPING:  We offer combined shipping when you purchase more than one item from our store. Please note that you will initially be charged the total shipping cost based on the combined weights and shipping costs of each item purchased, but after we pack the items and determine the actual shipping cost, we will refund you the difference. Shipping cost refunds will be submitted after item has been successfully delivered and you are satisfied with your purchase. To receive your refund, simply message us after you have received your package to let us know and we will submit your refund promptly.  Please note we will combine as many items into one box as possible, but some orders may require two or more boxes to ship, which may result in no refund being given.  You will not be asked to pay an additional shipping cost if the actual shipping cost is more than what you paid at check out.

FREE SHIPPING:  Rarely, if ever, do we offer free shipping. Shipping is not free. Someone must pay for it -- either the Buyer or the Seller. If the Buyer pays shipping, it is paid directly to the Seller as a separate line item at check out. The Seller uses the shipping money received to purchase the shipping label. If the Seller pays shipping (i.e. offers "Free Shipping"), the cost is added to the item?s price which will inflate the price of the item and does not reflect the item's "true value". That is, the Buyer pays for shipping either way. We prefer to let the Buyer know what he/she is paying for shipping by using eBay?s calculated shipping services and having the Buyer pay for shipping separately at check out. Our weekly sales events, Seller Offers, and monthly promotions help offset the shipping costs. Please see "Domestic Shipping".

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: We use eBay's calculated shipping services where the amount you pay for shipping will be based on the weight and dimensions of package, and the destination zip code. We pass along a portion of eBay's negotiated discounted shipping rates to our Buyers (up to 33% off retail). All packages are shipped from Melbourne Florida 32940 directly to your USA location or eBay's International Shipping Center in Illinois USA for international orders. To calculate what your domestic shipping rate will be, go to the Shipping Details Tab in the listing and enter your zip code. The shipping discount will be reflected in the rate shown in the Tab and at check out. Please contact eBay directly for international shipping costs which will be an extra charge for international orders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPINGWe participate in eBay's International Shipping Program for international orders. All international orders are first shipped by us to eBay's International Shipping Center located in Illinois USA. Ebay will then handle all the international shipping logistics and will ship the item to your country from there. If you have questions about the International Shipping Program, their international shipping process, import/duties charges, invoices, payment, or have delivery or other issues with an order after it arrived safely to the International Shipping Center, please contact eBay directly for assistance. We do not have access to this information and are only responsible for shipping international orders to the International Shipping Center in the USA. Once they arrive safely, eBay takes over.

LOCAL PICK UP: All items listed as LOCAL PICK UP ONLY are located in Melbourne, Florida. We will send you a message asking for permission to contact you via Phone to make pick up arrangements in a designated public location in our local area. All items must be paid for in advance prior to pick up. We CANNOT ship items marked for local pick up only. If you are not in the Melbourne, Florida area and cannot pick up the item personally, then we will respectfully cancel the order on your behalf and provide a full refund if payment was made.

NONPAYMENT: If we do not receive payment from you for an item(s) you agreed to purchase within 4 calendar days from date you committed to purchase the item(s), your order will be automatically cancelled for Nonpayment and eBay will record an Unpaid Cancellation on your account. Buyers who have 2 or more unpaid cancellations will not be able to purchase again from our store. Excessive Unpaid cancellations may also result in limits being imposed by other Sellers or by eBay, and you may lose your buying privileges indefinitely. Please see "Order Cancellation Policy".

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:  If you make a purchase and then request to cancel the order for any reason, we will accept the order cancellation request if the item has not already been shipped. If the order cancellation request is accepted, and payment was received for the order, we will process your refund
