STANDARD PRACTICES

- All Pre-owned items are lightly cleaned but may show some wear as they are not new. All pre-owned clothing is washed on gentle using Hypoallergenic Detergents (free of Dyes & Perfumes)

- Our inventory is stored in smoke free, pet free, climate controlled environment. All perishable & delicate items are stored in a temperature controlled environment. However, we don’t always know the previous history or care of our pre-owned items.

SHIPPING PRACTICES

- All PAID orders will be shipped the next day. We ship Monday – Saturday.

- We ship to the lower 48 U.S. States ONLY. We DO NOT ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or internationally. 

- We use various shipping carriers, including but not limited to: USPS, UPS, FedEx & DHL. The carrier/service will be selected by us at our discretion based upon location, item weight & quickest transit time. A tracking number will be provided when shipped. Kindly note the estimated delivery dates provided by eBay are not guaranteed & transit times will vary. Please understand that we are not responsible for any delays caused by carriers, as their performance & weather is beyond our control. 

- All items are always carefully packed & properly protected for shipment. Additionally, in an effort to support sustainability & to keep costs down, we sometimes will use recycled shipping products. Our recycled shipping products are clean & will never compromise the shipping integrity in any way.

- Shipping addresses cannot be changed after payment is made. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before submitting payment.

RETURN POLICY

- We offer a 14-Day Return Policy. Before initiating a return, we kindly ask that you contact us first.

- If there is an issue with your item, we are happy to offer a full refund, provided the item is returned in the same original condition in which it was sent.  Items returned in a condition different from how they were shipped may only qualify for a 50% refund.

- In efforts to minimize unnecessary returns, the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
